MUREX ENDIVIA – ENDIVE MUREX

Hexaplex cichoreum

The Endive Murex is a thick shell with a spacious body whorl. The spire is moderately elevated and it has several long curving spines. These spines are elegant and make this murex especially beautiful. The shell is white with auburn bands and its spines are mahogany brown. The aperture’s color is ivory white.
