The Tower Screw shell has a slender, graceful form. It has a beautiful tall spiral, characteristic of all Screw shells. Its color ranges from a light tawny breeze golden brown to a dark mahogany brown. This shell is the tallest of screw shells and its aperture forms a nearly perfect circle.
This shell is found in sandy mud.
